U.S. Public Service Foundation

"To whom much is given, much is expected."
Kent Park is the Executive Director of the U.S. Public Service Foundation, where he leads the national effort to establish the U.S. Public Service Academy—a federally supported undergraduate institution that would provide tuition-free education in exchange for a commitment to civilian service.
A retired U.S. Army Colonel with more than 26 years of leadership experience, he has commanded at every level, from Infantry Platoons to Joint Base Garrison at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. He has dedicated his career to the ideals of service, leadership, and civic responsibility, and now works to recruit the best and brightest young Americans to pursue a career in public service.
Mr. Park is a 1999 West Point graduate and holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. During his career, Mr. Park was an Assistant Professor of American Politics at West Point, Director of Veterans Outreach at ServiceNation, and mentored high-risk high school students through College Opportunity and Career Help (COACH).

His lifelong commitment to public service is reflected in both his professional leadership and his work to build pathways for the next generation of civilian leaders.
